This was 89001's first day of loaded test runs after obtaining unrestricted approval to run on the main line network. The train load is provided by Locomotive Services Ltd vehicles and consists of electric locomotive 86101 dead in train as backup, six Mk.3 carriages and Mk.3 Driving Van Trailer 82139.
