On 9th June 2007, the Stratford and Broadway Railway Preservation Society held an open day at their Long Marston base, in conjunction with Motorail Logistics. We were asked to provide 73138 for cab rides, and 86401 for display, both locomotives already being on site.
Glorious weather and the chance to see just about all the stored 86s and 87s together brought a good number of visitors.
